About me
I am Henry (Yuhang) Yan, a final-year dual M.S. student in Applied Information Science & Information Systems at Cornell Tech, graduating in May 2027. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
My experience spans software engineering and applied machine learning, with strengths in backend development, data systems, system design, and end-to-end product engineering. I enjoy turning ambiguous problems into reliable, well-tested systems through thoughtful architecture, performance optimization, and product thinking.
Looking ahead to 2027, I am considering full-time Software Development Engineer (SDE) and Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) roles.
